Get personalized instruction in a small group setting!

This allows participants to get the assistance they need with individual requests or goals, and also the support and motivation of working out with other people. This is a great way to get your personal training sessions at a lesser cost. The more clients per group the less the hourly rate is for each client. Share the experience and expense with others! 

The trainers design the exercise programs and guide you through it.


Boot Camp:

Circuit Training! Dan gets you “Fired Up” every Saturday morning at 9 am. Join us for a one hour ciruit – $15 /exercises change weekly – no commitments!
